Design Data and Features

  • Valves comply with requirements of applicable standards : ANSI B16.5, B16.10, B16.25, B16.34, API 600 and BS1868.
  • Flange dimensions for 24" or less conform to ANSI B16.5(class 2500, 12" or less). Flanges for 26" or larger (class 2500, 14" or larger) conform to API 605, or to special standards according to specifications.
  • Butt welding ends are machined to match schedule of pipe specified. They conform to ANSI B16.25.
  • Bolted cover available for class 150-2500.
  • Screwed-in, seal welded or integral seats.
  • Most swing check valves can be fitted with outside lever and weight, oil dashpot cylinder or both
