2 Integral Yoke and Bonnet is flexible wedge type..
3 Disc is flexible wedge type.
4 Seat Rings(screwed-in or seal-welded on the body) or Integral seat.
5 Stem
6 Gasket
7 Bonnet Bolts
8 Gland is two-piece, ball type which exerts uniform pressure on the packing without binding the stem in the event that nuts are unevenly tightened.
9 Gland Packing
10 Anti-Friction Bearingsare shown. Some designs provide plain bearing.
11 Handwheel or Bevel-Gear Type Valve Operator (not illustrated here)
