This illustration represents a typical Kinka bolted bonnet globe valve. There will be minor modifications in each class, type and size.

1 Body
2 Bonnet
3 Disc is swivel plug type. Ball type or needle type disc can be provided when so requested.
4 Seat Rings in this illustration is screwed-in type. When the hard faced seat is requested, the seat is formed on the body by stellite deposit.
5 Stem
6 Gasket
7 Bonnet Bolts
8 Gland is two-piece, ball type which exerts uniform pressure on the packing without binding the stem in the event that nuts are unevenly tightened.
9 Gland Packing
10 Handwheel or Bevel-Gear Type Valve Operator (not illustrated here)
