Typical Bolted Bonnet Gate Valves
This illustration represents a typical Kinka bolted bonnet gate valve. There will be some minor modifications in each class, type and size.

- Integral Yoke and Bonnet is flexible wedge type.
- Disc is flexible wedge type.
- Seat Rings (screwed-in or seal-welded on the body) or Integral seat.

- Bonnet Bolts
- Gland is two-piece, ball type which exerts uniform pressure on the packing without binding the stem in the event that nuts are unevenly tightened.
- Gland Packing
- Anti-Friction Bearings are shown. Some designs provide plain bearing.
- Handwheel or Bevel-Gear Type Valve Operator(not illustrated here)
